I have logged a query about the water flowing in my yard from the unknown source.Every time I do a follow I've been told that the ref number is closed because a job is completed, whish is not true and they was a note remark attached to the ref number to be phoned to inform me if and when they are coming to fix the issue but I received NO calls and this is the 3rd time now following up on this same query and finding that the ref number is closed again due to job being completed.

I am so upset and annoyed about the services from Water and Sanitation Department.The water leakage is destroying my property I am so frustrated by the Ethekwini Municipality services.

I need and demand the issue be attended to as a matter of URGENCY.
