Leaking municipality drain

I have the municipality manholes in my yard. 1 of it started leaking on Saturday the 15/07/2023 @11.45. Today is the 18/07/2023 and still no assistance. I have called numerous times but no one can give me a proper answer... Keep being told that before the end of the day it will be sorted out when I call at 6pm I'm told offices are closed will only be resolved the next day. My reference is F230715/523
