bad service delivery

we in Bonela had no water for 4 days ... water was restored & then lasted a day & a half & went off again at about 16:00 on Tuesday I called the call center and logged a complaint at 16:15 & today Wednesday I called the center @ 10:30 & was informed that they still investigating 18 hours later and how many hours it will take to repair this is bad with no tankers insight coz with covid water is v v important but they don't care a few months back we had electricity problems with days without it now water ... what are we paying for .... the municipality service delivery is bad when you message the councilor he read your message but don't respond.... overall its pathetic & refuse removing was supposed to be on Wednesday but bins lay on the side of road for days & I bring mine back in yard take out next coz dogs tear bags and make a mess who cares nobody bad bad service that's getting worse
