Kids not prioritized in emergency ward.

I am really disappointed with this hospital service in the Emergency department. (Ethekwini hospital - Riverhorse Valley, Durban) My 4 year old was not prioritized treatment. I spoke to the nurses however, the doctor only attended to her after 50 minutes. She was crying and in pain as she fell on her arm. Children should be prioritized medical treatment. This is the second incident i experieced at this hospital. I wrote to the facility and i have received no response hence, this public complaint.
