Horrible service from Private hospital Ethekweni

This by far is the worst private hospital in Durban, my dad was admitted on Monday 05,08,2024, I never get a phone call or update on what was wrong with my dad, and when I did call to speak to his doctor which was Dr Ramdass his reception said that his not in and will leave a message ,he had never gotten back to me, being a private hospital you would expect far better service then government, not sure why there system is like this but I would never recommend anyone to this hospital, terrible service and the nurses and other staff members in medical ward 2 are not friendly or approachable all where very rude .
