Ethekweni Hospital and Colmed Debt Administration have no CONSCIOUS OR EMPATHY towards people! !!

Im in absolute shock that we have just recieved an email to say we owe almost 10k to ethekweni hospital for my 3 day stay because Discovery refused to pay for the last 2 days as the reason the Dr gave was insufficient for my stay. So doesn't the hospital get a preauthorisation before admitting a patient? And this was March 2019. Now Colmed Debt Administraters demands we pay up this money! Firstly it was Dr Khan that kept me in hospital for 3 days! Had I known that I would have had to pay that amount. ..there is no way I would have stayed! We are going through such a huge crisis...this epidemic has got everyone using their last cent...digging into savings or worse begging and borrowing! And Colmed sends me messages of demands! I am unemployed and my husband has not worked for 5 weeks and his overtime has been stopped also. We are in no position to cough up this money. We have 2 kids to support as well. Colmed and Ethekweni Hospital are absolutely disgusting. I am apalled that during these times you people have no empathy or conscious obviously! The hospital must sort this out with my medical aid and get this paid.
