Extremely poor Service
It has been two months since I first requested a summary of the fees I am being charged, and I have yet to receive a clear explanation. This level of service is highly unsatisfactory. I was advised to transfer my RA from another service provider, but I am now reconsidering this decision. Additionally, the WhatsApp line has proven to be ineffective.
Could someone please call me to explain the exorbitant fees I am being charged?

03 Jun 2024, 12:37Good day Mr Rachpall. I do apologise for the frustration. We have tried to explain the fees on 21 February and 11 April. When you log onto your investment, the fees are set out as follows: Administration fee of 0.27% and Fund sponsor fee of 0.65%. These are annual percentages. This is calculated on the daily value of your entire investment. For example, if you have an investment of R600,000, your monthly fee will be roughly R600000 x (0.27%+0.65%) / 12 = R460 per month.
