ETFSA slow and faulty payout.

I have saved money over many years and when i need to withdraw the money there is a 4 day waiting period, but this is not the problem after 4 days nothing happens. One needs to contact and fill out forms over and over again as the online system does not work properly.

This happens 3 times over a period of 2 years. Quick to take the money and extremely slow to pay your hard saved money back...
