False advertising AGAIN

I have a complaint regarding a sales rep from ETE marketing falsely advertising a product to me. This is unfortunately my 2nd such complaint about your representatives in a few months.

I had initially subscribed for fibre installation early 2021 at R599 per month, through a sales rep who visited our complex. A few months later, before installation and activation, another sales rep as mentioned above arrived, informing us of a promotion where the monthly subscription will be R499 per month. She failed to inform us that this subscription would be increased to R699 after 2 months, making it more than what I had originally signed up for.

When I spoke to Vodacom, they explained to me that she also failed to indicate that the previous line must be closed so that the only fibre line is the new one she had signed me up for.

This is unacceptable and disrespectful as your consultants are chasing their commissions at my expense. I am told that Vodacom frequently gets such complaints about your company's representatives who give false information to prospective clients.
