HORRIBLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE - Absolutely disgraceful service from Etapath.

This is hands down one of the most *********** transportation companies I have ever encountered. Their customer service is shocking, their communication is practically non-existent, and their entire operation appears to be built on confusion, delays, and excuses.

I paid for a transportation service and was left stranded with no way of getting home. Not only did Etapath fail to provide the service I paid for, but I was also forced to spend additional money on alternative transport because of their negligence and lack of accountability. The inconvenience, stress, and financial loss caused by this company are completely unacceptable.

The management is clearly incapable of running an efficient transportation system. Drivers are late, communication is unclear, and when things go wrong, customers are left to figure everything out for themselves. It is astonishing that a company operating in the transportation industry can be this disorganized.

The conductor at The Towers in Cape Town was especially rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was met with an attitude that made an already terrible situation even worse.

If your company is considering using Etapath, prepare yourself for frustrated employees, endless complaints, and ongoing service failures. If you're an individual customer, save yourself the headache, wasted time, and wasted money.
