ETA Repairs Disgusting Service and Customer Care

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The owner of ETA Repairs situated in Kleinmond, Theuns Pool, came to fetch my elderly mother's TV from her home and assured her that he would be able to repair it as it was minor issues. Firstly he took much longer than expected and promised, came up with hundreds of excuses as to why it hadn't been repaired yet and finally let my mother know that he had dropped her TV and in the process destroyed her LCD screen. Again hundreds of promises were made to find a replacement screen, only for him to inform her the model has been discontinued... Now he has promised to pay her the value thereof but again practices poor client services. We continuously have to reach out to him and he either promises to get back to us, gets back to us days later or doesn't get back to us at all. Also, he has deactivated his "read message" function on WhatsApp so I have no idea as to whether he is getting my messages. Unprofessional. Disgusting bad service and a horrible approach to proper customer care. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. 0/5 rating.
