Disappointed as MONTHS of poor customer service elapse

Again I would just like to put in this follow-up review of mine that it's been MONTHS now and all that has been received are empty promises and failure, once again, to keep the customer updated. Pathetic, poor service. Unless you want to receive your TV back worse than what it was before, I DO NOT recommend this company (assuming this business is registered). If I could give a below 0 star rating I would.
