Watch out for companies not prepared to offer service on their supp**** products.

An ET Systems garage door motor supp**** byRegal Security and installed by Johann Elstadt. All fine for a period of 3 years following which the motor developed problems. Mr. Elstadt removed the motor and sent to Regal who in turn sent to ET Systems for repair. This took place being November 2018. To date I have not been able to receive any information from any party as to the status of the repair. I have had to replace the motor due to the inconvenience of manually opening the garage door. I feel as though all involved were only interested in selling me a new garage door motor and not representing the product initially supp**** by offering the necessary repair.
