Excellent Customer Service

I tried phoning E.T. Systems unaware that the offices were still closed as it was still during their leave period. I then emailed customer support with my query and mentioned I couldn't get hold of them on the phone.<br> <br> That same day, I received a phone call from their Product Manager even though he was still on leave and their offices were still closed.<br> <br> He answered my query and went even further to help suggest various solutions.<br> <br> This kind of customer service deserves to be applauded - well done :-)
