ET Nice is ignoring customer phone calls

I am trying to each ET Nice in the Western Cape in South Africa.

It appears that contacting them by telephone is not an option.

I have tried:

1) *** and 2) ***

The first phone rings, but no one picks up. The second number is always busy.

Terrible.
