Complaint

Very disappointing. Not worth the price . Was so embarrassed to have booked this place . Had to pay r10 for a mini bar of soap. Whi h hotel charges for soap . Also they put us in a self catering g room when we booked in the hotel and **** that it was the hotel . How can they mislead people. Will never e-commerce d to anyone or ever come back to this pathetic place ever again
