Estra Funeral Services Pathetic Service

The service is pathetic..... Overcharge, charge R22 500.00 for a cremation and you did not even have a say in the coffin choice, make errors in the pamphlets, There car is so old they use a broom to keep the boot open, their chapel is falling apart, this issue has now been reverted to the The Ombud's Office as well as the local news papers with all the other feedback I got from the Springs community. Will not even let these guys bury my dog.....
