verry bad service

<p>Bad service and no people s****s. Poor Poor service !!</p> <p>This is an estate agent that we are renting from for a couple of years. We are good tendants and we like to rent long term when we rent. we were renting this property and was verry happy where we stayed , as we found out while i was pregnant this estate agent told us the house is on the market and the people want to sell the property this is after we sighned a contract of 2 years and only been staying there for about 4 months. So we started to look at a new house as we did not want to be botherd by estate agents every day with the new baby that is on the way.. So we looked at a few houses we decided to stay becouse our contract was for 2 years and we could not find what we liked. So Esther property gave me a call one night telling me she has this perfect place and she just wants me to see this i will not be sorry and this is the ideal place for me and my family. i told her that i was not intrested any more but she insisted.. so i went and have a look.. like she said i would not be able to resist it.. But i told her that i have to give a month notice as we are not people that will just leave the previous owners without tendants. she then said its fine the new owner said he will keep the place for us. but i have to give notice by a letter. witch i did. and the people we are renting from we told them that we will be leaving we got something else. after all of this has been done. the estate agent let us know that she is going to advertise the new premises and its no longer available for us. after i gave notice and everything. This is real bad service and i feel that she made us believe we are moving putting everyone in a bad spot as i have to now stay where i gave notice to. if we did not have a good understanding with the owners that i am renting from. i would have been without a place to stay. because i already gave written notice and actually no new place to move to as she is advertising the new house as to rent and told us the owner is now looking for someone new. after she told us to give notice and asured us that the new place is ours. this was not even the only thing she did she asked the owners what we are renting from to increase the rent as well. where the owners then told her they can not do that as we have a fixed arangement in our contract .</p> <p> </p>
