Terrible Service and don't care attitude from Esterix Pools

My advice is don't be taken in by empty promises made by the owner Barend Coetzer in that I enlisted his service to sort out an air blockage in my pool. He said he could solve it by having to completely replace the filter and when that didn't work by advising me to replace my Kreepy. These two items were replaced at considerable expense and he then promised to return to sort out the problem and never kept any follow up appointments telling me he was too busy
