this people are hassing me for payment i dont know

hello peter,sometime ago i received an email from Loan match saying i must visit their webside and dona quatation to see how much loan i can qualify for.after few weeks i received another email saying i owe them,cause i did quatation with them.i wrote to helllo peter about this but people they dont stop,now im getting emails from them everyday saying i owe esterhuyze inc an amoung of R686,24 for what i dont know.
