Loan Spotter Sa

I have just received an email from Esterhuyze Inc stating that i owe them R 584.04 for a service that i have not received. I app**** for a loan online and to which i was charged fees and now this seems like an anniversary as I am surprised as my account is handed over to attornies by this company \SA LOANS SPOTTER". I have witnessed several complaints about this company and it seems I am one of the victims. We are charged for no service and ambigious terms and conditions. I was advised to have received an agreement via email and I am still waiting for such. What can i do as this could affect my credit profile.<br> """
