Very Disgusting Customer Service and Rude Staff Member(Priscilla)

I bought a frontal hair weave at Ester Hair Saloon SA in Cape Town for R1700, but the installation was very bad and the foundation that they use on didnt match with my skin tone, the lady who did my Installation was Priscilla at the back, when I went to the front to the stylist, she asked me to ask Priscilla to tell her that the foundation is not suitable or same colour of my skin, I went back and told her, she gave me an attitude ans she was so rude and she combed my frontal and I told her that she is hurting me with the comb, she rudely told me that she is removing the foundation and I just left her cos she was soo rude and I went for styling and left.

I went home and the following day the frontal was so messy and it was up cos ot wasnt ins properly, and that weekend was very bad and I couldnt go back due to heavy rains and long weekend so I sent them an inbox via their facebook page and they told me to come to their shop, which I did on Tuesday 26th Sept 2023 and explained the way I wasnt happy abt my hair and their service and the very same Priscilla was so rude to me infront of the people that were doing their hair. The treatment that she gave me was very unacceptable, there were no customer service at all after I spent R1700 to their shop and they treated me the way I was treated, the was a male that chased us out cos the voices were so high cos Priscilla was shoutong at me of which I did that back being within my roghts to do so, so that they can fix their mess.

Eventually the guy called me while I was outside and explain that they will fix it and he sent me to this lady again, this Priscilla and the hell broke loose as she was busy doing my hair so rude and turning my head so rude and shouting and I told her what she is doing is not right cos m their cuatomer to treat me the way she is treating me.

I calmed myself to that rude lady called Priscilla after she finished I left their ****en shop and went home and when I was home I just took it off cos she did the same mess again, to think and feel so sorry for the business that is booming and loved by customers and to think that is gonna be the business downfall not to treat their cuatomers with respect and courtesy, that business will fall in no no time.

I will never ever even try to refer any of my friends, family or anyone to the business beacuse of the poorly disgusging customer service that I encounter in their saloon.
