Defects of the vehicle and ********* business. In breach of contract.

I purchased a Van in January 2020 from Liezel Saunders. When I viewed the the vehicle with my mechanic, we advised the salesperson of all the faults with the Van. There was a problem with the hand brake, starter was dragging and the spare wheel had to be replaced. Verne said that he would attend to the above faults. When I received the vehicle, within the 1st week, the radiator was leaking and and got stuck because the brakes were finished. Verne said to bring it in that same week which we did and he said it will be repaired. The vehicle stood there 4 an entire day and when collecting it, I took it 2 my mechanic 2 view the vehicle and nothing was repaired. I spent so much money on fixing these problems. Verne said a refund will be done after giving him the receipts and up to date no refund for the costs I have incurred. My question 2 u, is how on earth was this van passed by ROADWORTHY!!!!! I was promised a spare wheel by Verne and Mr saunders said NO!! I will be involving my lawyers now and opening up a case with the CPA according to section 55(2) of the Act. And in section 56 of the act states that goods purchase that do not a comply with the requirements set out in section 55 then a consumer who is ME may within 6 months of purchase return the goods to the seller at the sellers risk and expenses. I will.be taking this forward because you ****** me and this is *********. If I dont hear anything back with 24 hours then I will return the vehicle to u so that all the problems will be fixed which is the repair to the radiator, the noise on the left hand side and the spare wheel. I will definitely be proceeding with legal action because I definitely have a leg to stand on. Even after informing this business on the 11 feb 2020, they have not rep**** to any of my emails sent till today.
