Refund unpaid

I paid into a deceased estate in error. The account is executed by Estate & Trust services about a month ago and I still have not gotten my money back. Fritz and Klaus have been giving me the runaround with no resolution to the matter. Stay very far from this company they are arrogant, rude and dismissive
