Worst service

I found a place to rent in Olivedale via Estate gold properties on private property, prior to moving in I communicated my concerns which included the door of the property not closing and dirty walls. I was assured that it would be sorted and painting would be done then paid in full on the 25th September (admin fee, deposit and rent). I’ve moved in and still waiting, no service was provided, all I get is empty promises then silence. I don’t know what should happen at this point but it’s frustrating
