How rental gents forcefully ***** your deposit

I am posting this with a lot of pain. I moved in this flat " called Fairlane on 715 Pretorius in Arcadia on the 04/11/2019 on the 05/11/2019 both my cars were broken into and a few stuff were ******, I called the Agents" JUST SELLS property which is a sister Agent of Huukor to terminate my contract but the reply they gave me I based on the contract and they are not willing to pay back my deposit. On 09/11/2019 the ******* again broke into one of my cars in the same property took my filming equipment. And whenever I call these agents affiliated to Huukor properties they do not seem to get bothered with the situation. The main gate was broken and it is not working. I called Humphrey who works with Just For Sale property but he keeps on referring me to the lady called Hetta who arrogantly told me they are not willing to pay back my deposit. That I was supposed to log in a cancelation request two months ago. How would I log in a cancelation request to the flat I have not already occupied. I humbly request members on this platform to help me out. I can not be subject to this kind of ******* and the agents want me to keep being in the same place because of their contract I signed. IN THE CONTRACT I did not read any clause that indicates that I should be subjected to theft and I have to be okay with. I will share a screenshot of this agent's replies when contacted them
