Juanita Rademeyer, 25 Sable Park, Waterfall East Rustenburg, North West. After moving out in November 2020. Contract says I will receive my deposit between 7 and 21 days. Which is 21 December 2020. When I called to confirm whether they received my banking details and asked about my deposit I was told the office is closed and don’t know when it will open. Very bad. I had to call the manager and was told office is closed and I will receive my money on the 4th January 2021. I then told the manager I hope I receive interest on my money. This is very bad service in fact I can’t complain about service because that is not service. The manager said she would call me back when I complained and up to date she did not call me back. I complained on the 15 December 2020 and she did not even apologise for not coming back to me. I really don’t think clients or customers must be treated like this.
