What the EAAB stands for - UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, ORGANIZATION

In my 15 years as being a law abiding estate agent, never have I experienced such rude, disrespectful and unprofessional service from the EAAB, I have being trying for over two months to receive my FFC2020 which I paid timeously before the deadline date. Due to the EAAB's failure to communicate clearly over the past number of years my profile has been blocked and no matter how many calls or emails, NO ONE at the EAAB is either willing to assist or to resolve this matter. I have comp**** with all of their requirements and yet even though they acknowledge it I have hit a blank solid wall. I cannot communicate directly with Section 27 and no matter who I speak to at the EAAB (and I have spoken to at least 10 different people at the EAAB) No one can explain what the problem is, no one understands, no one can give me any direct person's name to contact and even now that I am dealing with REBOSA, for the past 3 weeks, they too have failed to resolve this matter.

It's an absolute joke, it is laughable, that the EAAB will fine you R250 per month if you fail to pay for your FFC certificate on time, but when it comes to their failure to act, there is absolutely no recourse whatsoever, no apology, no action, no explaination, no reason.

My ability to earn money to support myself if completely irrelevant to the EAAB. Firstly they charge you R2 000 per year, apparently to keep you up to date, but they do nothing to support or assist one as a legally recognized Estate Agent.

What an absolute ******* organization that is supposed to control a multi billion industry - it is laughable and ridiculous!
