Very poor service

The EAAB is in my opinion a useless organisation. I actually do not understand how they are expected to regulate the activities of estate agents and their conduct, and protect customers against wrong doing if they themselves fail to process a complaint and provide feedback. I lodged a complaint against one of the estate agencies last year November 2014. Firstly I was told that they never received my complaint, I resent the form in January 2015. Subsequently I have had to constantly make follow up after I had submitted the forms. The only action they took was to send me an acknowledgement letter. From February of this year, I have heard nothing from Ms Ballim, meanwhile the estate agent has moved on with their life after maladmistration of my property, which had also been damaged by the tenant.<br> <br> The strategic objectives you have put on your site and the timelines on those forms clearly mean nothing.
