Useless on so many levels

Brought a case against an agent and the EAAB didn't even finalise the case. Its now 14 months and still nothing. They got the admin incorrect, didn't send the correct documents. Don't reply to emails, don't answer the phone and so forth. It seems that the regulatory body for Estate Agents in SA is null and void. Make sure you have a lawyer as you will get no support from EAAB. Sad.
