Useless EAAB

Poor service from a toothless entity. Why create a new a new regulation when it still does not protect one from dishonest, ************ estate agents and agencies? The phones are not answered. As the complainant, I had to do continual follow-ups with the investigating officers, you do not get responses for months. Then you are informed that they cannot act like a court nor have any authority. No wonder the sector is in such chaos and consumers are victims.
