Unit 1057 Wonderpark estate

I am renting at wonderpark estate under incredible homes and the flat Annelize got me is as if it no one has been living there for years, I had no choice that night but to take the place because I was from mpumalanga and I knew no1 there worst part she doesn't want to show her face because she knows the state of the flat.

The kitchen unit is falling apart, the security door is not locking, my bedroom window is not closing and I have a toddler in the apartment, the stove takes forever to heat up(after they even changed the plates) the oven is filthy and the landlord claims he cleaned it but even the lady he came with said she wouldn't use it still, or even live in a place like this. Now my problem is she is not taking my calls and the wonderpark office calls

What do I do in this case because even the 20days of maintenance stated in the lease agreement have past and they are both not saying anything, I bet she is even expecting rent
