The EAAB is useless in my case

I reported a real estate agent sankie Jordan. She sold a property to me with out knowing all the information. Nqobile the complains agent at EAAB told me she's going to close the case as theirs no evidence. Sankie atmitted that she didn't know all the information in a email to the EAAB and still they say theirs no proof. My personal opinion is that the estate agents pay the EAAB off to keep their license. This "service" is useless!!!! When asking Nqobile for her supervisors information she refuses to respond.
