Still Waiting

<p>This board is not professional at all. Now that they have a call centre is even worse. I have been waiting for my certificate for 4 months now and for the past two weeks thier IT system has not been working. What business allows an IT systems to be off for more than two days. Meanwhle I can't even work because I don't have a certificate. This is worse than dealing with government departments and worst is that we have to deal with thier call center agents who get paid to lie to us. Last week they even answered my calls and kept quite while my airtime was getting finished. I think the government needs to intervene.</p>
