RESOLVE MY CASE ITS BEEN LONG

I lodged a complaint in February 2019 about Rental deposit dispute from Property Agency (JRL Properties) I previously rented for a 12 months period. The ref number G***I complaint. Sfanele Mathebula is legal representative who is responsible for my case. I last received communication from him on 09 April 2019, saying the have charged the agency with the matters raised and hearing will be called to give evidence. Been doing a lot of follow ups via emails & calling customer care line(EAAB) asking when date will be set for hearing but not response from Sfanele Mathebula till I requested Manger details to escalate the matter to her office, which later did sent to Thokozani Khumalo which is Sfanele Manager on 14 May 2019 and I still did not get any response or acknowledgement of my email till to date. All I need is progress to my case and soon resolution.
