Renewing FCC and moving to a new company

<p>By law I am not allowed to work without a valid FCC and I have requested and paid in FEB 17 already. After MANY escalation calls and emails I am only told it is now with Finance. I am not informed of any issues so how can something take so long? This is a professional company supposed to ensure we are protected but what am I supposed to do if I cannot work??? Please please can this be resolved? </p>
