Registration problems and poor knowledge

<p>It took me 3 months to register with the EAAB as an agent and only after I asked for the registrations department direct phone line was anything done. This was after "accidentally" deregistering me and re-registering me from scratch. </p> <p>Then I asked them for information on exams and requirements and I later learned they gave me completely false information. </p>
