QUERRIE REGARDING BONDVEST

I spoke to Naledi Mathebula regarding my query ref G***I. I bought a house in and moved in in April 2015 when I signed Offer to purchase the levy was R1300.00 on the 1st month I was told is R2191.00 I called my agent whom she said she was not aware I requested the statement from the seller and both of them could not give me that, after sometime she responded my Agent Christell Axsel that I must not drag her in to that and she forwarded me an email where the seller said there is money due I must find out about it from the management company and when i contacted them they were surprised. I emailed EAAB for advise and I was also aware that my matter could only be sorted out within 3 months according to Management company for our Complex they are called Whitfields.
