Please practice what you preach

I wanted some advice on estate agents' matters. Dialed your number 4 times, listened to the American lady telling me I must not disconnect before 30 seconds and someone will help me, then your systems promptly dropped my call. As a pensioner I do not appreciate wasting my money on dropped calls.
