Pathetic legal department

A complaint was logged to The Estate Agency Affairs Board in May 2016 complaining about an ******* estate agent. The Estate Agency Affairs Board confirmed they could not trace the guilty party and sent me an email of how the charges will be drafted. Up to today I have had no response from the legal officer at The Estate Agency Affairs Board. This is so unprofessional and they let ******* estate agents get away. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!
