Pathetic

The EAAB has the worst customer care service I have ever come across. They simply do not respond to any queries and assume people know what they are supposed to do and treat them as such. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't even bother to respond to the numerous complaints and bad ratings they receive here on Hello Peter and nor do they seem to want to change their customer service experience. Their website and portal is lacking in efficiency, a problem that runs through the whole operation, it seems.
