Non Existing Service

<p>I have report a agent on 21/11/2016 and receive and reply email that somebody will contact me within 14 days, after 'n few phone calls and more emails I receive a email on 04/01/2017 to say they have given the agent 30 days to respond back to them, now we are in July 2017 and nothing more have happened and this agent still sell houses and this agent have cause me to lose a R105,000.00 due to no rent contract, non collection of rent money. Make us believe that this person that he have given the keys for the house to with no valid paperwork will pay, well it is now 16 months later after the keys was given to the so called tenant and still not a single sent.</p> <p>Now my question is, is the Board here to protect the agent or is this board here to protect the customer against the agents that handle with owners house as if is their property?</p>
