Non Action by EAAB on JBE Properties

I reported JBE Properties to EAAB years ago for collecting my rent and NOT passing ot on to me. I followed all processes for laying a complaint. After engaging my lawyer, we were both called for a hearing. The owner Joseph Eguale NEVER ATTENDED. I expected a 'default judgement' (that the rentals he consumed would be withdrawn from his deposit at the EAAB) and my expenses for attending a jearing je did not attend and the legal fees expended. Instead EAAB has been sending me from pillar to post and demanding several things from me that only make it impossible for me to get my monies.Years afterwards, I am still required to produce an affidavit in the absence of receipts which cannot obviously be traceable (either because they are lost or not legible) after these many years. I have been working with different officials at the EAAB and have lately been informed that the officials were communicating with me on their personal emails and have since left the EAAB. There is no contetion that I did attend a meeting they had called that Joseph Eguale of JBE Properties failed to attend. I do not understand what it is that I still hav to prove. At one tie I was even made to provide proof that I reported the matter to the police. I provided all that despite proof that my lawyer had followed due processes as HE was communicating with them. Kindly intervene to ensure that the EAAB performs its functions without favour. Hellopeter has a series of complaints about Joseph Eguale and JBE Properties but no action has been taken about him to date. He brags that he is a lawyer and that nothing can ever happen to him! Kindly assist.
