No service for 2weeks

When you phone EAAB, you are in a 2hour que waiting. They dont respond to emails at all, ive sent mail to every email i could find.

To be registered as an Estate Agent, is not a personal choice, its something that NEEDS to be done according their webiste! But yet theres no service at all from them? So how are we suppose to go about this?
