No service!!

<p>I have app**** and paid for my FFC. Everytime I call them to do a follow up, they tell me the systems are down or they are offline. I need the certificate to do my job and to be law abiding. Yet they are not able to assist me on this matter. Very *********** staff and extremely rude. Very frustrating and time consuming process. Yet I PAID already!! </p>
