No registration. Now no refund.

Good day<br> <br> In September 15 of 2014 I as an intern estate agent paid my fee to register for an intern estate agent with the EAAB. R528.80. I was told to allow 30 days for processing. After 30 days . I was still not registered.. I allowed them 30 more days...and still no registration. On December 15'th I Still was unable to find my application as successful. January sometimes ive (after numerous calls) been told that my application has still not been processed. Keeping in mind I have commission being withheld at this time untill my registration is done. An email was sent between Lizzie and her superior requesting urgency on this matter. My expectation was short lived as by March 2015. Im still not registered. this has led te my termination of employment for operating without registration. Ive decided then to have my initial funds refunded. an email was sent to Bryan Chaplog *ceo) expressing my disgust at the poor service delivery,.<br> And CC'ed also was Martha to start processing my refund. This was May 14.<br> A follow up Email was sent May 22'nd. <br> PLEASE HELP...In this whole process ive sent over 30 emails. Ive received no response. no calls no emails nothing!!
