No feedback in 6 months after lodging a complaint

I have submitted a complaint against City Property to the EAAB at the begining of April was told that I will get feedback in 14 days and now it is September and I have never received any feedback. To anyone out there stop waisting your time trying to lodge a complaint against any Estate agent with EAAB, they are just a waste of time of probably ******* (Taking bribes from Estate Agents)
