No feedback / follow up

I have e-mailed numerous times, to which I receive very limited responses regarding a complaint that meant to be dealt with by the 12th of October 2015.R 9 000.00 of my monies is in the hands of a rogue estate agent (namely Greg Schlemmer). I have requested correctional action be taken by the EAAB, but so far nothing has materialised. E-mails do not seem to work
