Most useless board!!!!

Im just wondering of this board never does any work at all. I sent them an email last year around October/ November 2014 regarding a complaint about a managing agent and more than 6 months later there hasnt been any progress. I always send them an email and there have been emails between Maria and Naledi where by one will ask teh other to follow up but until today nothing has been done. I dont even think this case was allocated to anyone and i wonder whay this board exists because the problem is getting worse and worse each day.They must just disolve this useless board if they cant assist people.
