Just of NO help atalllll

Lodged a complaint against Gerhard Ras from Rassure Properties 2014/Jul. Since then it has been a struggle to get feedback. Phoning their offices they are NEVER available from 9am to 4pm the call centre only says sorry no answer. Have tried phoning Rookah Ballim, Elizabeth, Deli nkambule as well as Bryan Chaplog, (spelling could be err) and none of these are ever available just to ask WHATS HAPPENING TO MY COMPLAINT PLEAAAAASe
